Another restoration! The original comes from the Daizenshuu "TV ANIMATION Part 2".
I've always loved this part, but only in the manga. Il the anime, the colours are very strange. All the scene takes a kind of pink/yellow/red touch.
This is why I love this DAIZENSHUU illustration: It proposes new colours
. Piccolo's super Namek aura becomes blue, and the Renzoku Sen Kōdan becomes green. ^^
In the Anime, Piccolo's super Namek aura is white, which is not really logical... In the manga, you can see Toriyama made the same aura than a super saiyajin. Should the Super Namek aura have been yellow? Every single one has his own answer to this ^^
It's been difficult for me to "respect" the 5 fingers of Piccolo of the original picture. As you may know, Nameks only have 4 fingers on each hand, in the original manga. I wanted to remove a finger on each hand, but... as the colourwork looks like the anime and not the manga (Piccolo's belt, his muscles...), I decided to leave the 5 fingers.
Title means "Piccolo's flame burns out". I used a part of DragonBallZ episode 150's title ^^
