Transformation Fanwish

Wosu!

Some of you may know that I use a different pseudonym on other communities. I'm Nostal on Deviantart, Facebook and Gamekult, but Treevax on Namco Bandai forums and Youtube. When I don't make picture restorations, I try to participate to the DB Games' improvement.

I uploaded a video on Youtube 3 month ago, that I animated frame by frame: Gokû transforming into super saiyajin.

I'm not a good animator at all, it's only a short animation to show some wishes:

-A longer scream, that fits with Gokû's mouth animation
-I used Burst Limit references to create an "anime look background"
-I changed the pics in the HUBs
-I added simplified transformations names on the upper HUB
-I made the cel shading lineart less thin
-I gave Gokû his original DBZ anime colors
-Gokû's hair are now rising, and his eyes become green
-I made a new kind of aura, more like Budokai3 ones
-Original BGM from the DBZ anime (Kikuchi ones ^^)

I spent all my free time during a month on this project. There are 73 frames, each of them made with Photoshop CS3. Of course, I used a DBRB2 sequence as a base.

Today, I add a .GIF version of it here, in order to have a sort of "link" between my Deviantart account and my Youtube channel ^^

When Sharnalk and me made an interview of the developpement team on june 30th, Kaneko-san (Spike's director) told us that they fixed the screams during the transformations.
But yesterday, Namco Bandai uploaded a gameplay video of Ultimate Tenkaichi, showing Mirai Trunks vs Android 17. And the transformation scream wasn't fixed at all!

Hope the next developpement team will improve this point in 2012 ^^
