Description
"Piccolo no kyudai". Translate it "Piccolo's brother".
This is another restoration I did from a Daizenshuu's artwork (TV animation part.2).
As always, I changed some minor details.

11 11 08: Update, I fixed the colors and gave some effets to the Kamehameha's light.
